Smoothie Plan for the week
Mondaze Madness: Re-mineralize to start the week off right
- 1 Banana- ½ cup Frozen Peaches
- ½ cup Frozen Mango
- ½ Cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Kale
- 2 Tablespoon of Mo’ Life Wellness sea moss Gel
Take Two Tuesday: Go Green Stay Clean
- 1 cup of almond milk- 1 tbsp Chia seed
- 2 tablespoon of Mo’ Life Wellness sea moss Gel
- 1tbsp of Flax Seeds
- 2 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of Kale
- 1 appl1
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 cup of Frozen Peaches/Mango
Wednesday Weakness: Immune Boosting Batch
- 4 Carrots- 1 Banana
- 1 cup of frozen Mango
- 1 teaspoon of Ginger
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- ¼ teaspoon of Tumeric
- 1 tablespoon of squeeze lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon of Mo’ Life Wellness sea moss Gel
- 2 cups of Water
Thirsty Thursday: Relieving the stress it’s almost over
- 2 Green Apples- A bunch of Spinach
- ½ of Cucumber
- 1 stick of celery
- ¼ lemon
- 2 tablespoon of Mo’ Life Wellness sea moss Gel
Fresh Flavor Friday: Pineapple Paradise Green Smoothie
- 2 cup of Spinach- ½ Avocado
- 2 cup of Frozen Pineapple
- 1 cup of water or Coconut Water
- Add an Umbrella for a cocktail Feel (Cheers)
Seamoss Chia Seed Strawberry Jam
Natural Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Sea Moss (preferably Strawberry Flavored Sea Moss Gel)- Fresh Strawberry (put in as much as you prefer, Can use whole frozen (we use 1 lb)
- 2 tbsp Honey or Agave
- 2tbsp Chia Seeds
Steps:
- Wash and cliche strawberries- Heat medium saucepan over medium heat , add strawberries and then add honey
- Let Strawberries soften, begin to mix and stir in the juices
- Break Strawberries with a fork and let it come to a slow boil
- Add Chia Seeds once the berries begin to bubble more frequently
- Stir in medium heat for 15 minutes and remove to cool
- If you want the Jam to have a smoother texture, Place the Jam in a blender On Pulse for 2-3 times
- Place Jam in a Tight lid Mason Jar in the fridge to enjoy for the rest of the week
